This Refund Policy ("Refund Policy") adopted by ChessmasterIQ.com (hereinafter referred to as "We" / "Our" / "Us" / "the Company").

If you give our service a try and decide it’s not for you, simply cancel within 7 days and you’ll receive a full refund. You can ask for a cancellation of your plan and full refund by sending a mail to support@chessmasteriq.com. No questions asked, we respect your right to stop using our service.

Cancellation is available for 7 days from the date of the subscription (inclusive). We will make a full refund when you cancel. The refund will be made through the same mode of payment through which you paid. We will make the refund to your bank (or other payment intermediary) within five working days (exclusive) of receiving the cancellation request. Your bank (or other payment intermediary) may take a further period of time to credit the refund to you.

Please note you can cancel only once and there is no cancellation on renewals. If you subscribe again, the cancellation facility will not be available.
